Availability:
In order to provide the best service and produce the best paintings for both live wedding painting and studio commission clients, I limit myself to 10 studio commissions per year, and typically start and complete them during wedding off-season (January through April of a given year).

PROCESS

Inquire & Describe
Fill out an inquiry form with a detailed description of what you have in mind for your painting (and make sure you have reference photos readily available)! I typically start and complete studio commissions during January through April of a given year - please let me know in your inquiry form if you have a particular timeline in mind for the completion of your painting.
I’ll reach out and ask for those reference photos, and we will chat about the vision! I may give suggestions for composition or canvas size, based on what you have in mind.

Choose your canvas
Choose your canvas, sign your contract, & send in your deposit! We’re good to go! At this point we will have chatted about the expected timeline for the completion of your painting, so you don’t need to do anything until it’s time.

Completion of your painting
I will let you know when I’m ready to start your painting! At this point is when the remainder of payment will be due. When the painting is finished, I’ll send over a nice photo before varnishing and packaging it up for you! We’ll chat about painting pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Frame, Hang, & Treasure!
Every painting goes home with framing and hanging suggestions. I hope you enjoy your new painting every day!
